the steps are


step 1: go to our blogspot







step 2: click on click here to download cheat engine








step 3: install cheat engine i have already installed so i will skip this







step 4: go to your browser and select any file to download








step 5: open cheat engine







step 6: click on small pc button








step 7: see where is chrome and to to first chrome.exe






step 8: check enable speed hack




step 9: set the number to 0.1 or 0.2







step 10: see your download speed




done
